We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were surrounded by prime shopping areas, with two Gucci shops on either side of us. It made exploring the old city center so convenient and enjoyable. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception to the service staff. They provided us with great restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with tall windows that let in lots of natural light. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of pastries, breads, and a delicious cappuccino. The hotel had great soundproofing, as we couldn't hear any noise from inside or outside. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it to family and friends!

We had an absolutely wonderful romantic escape in a lovely boutique-esque hotel located in the heart of the city. the atmosphere was peaceful and the staff were incredibly friendly. the location couldn't have been better, with all the main attractions just a short stroll away. Our room was perfectly sized and very clean. the breakfast was delightful, offering a great selection of items to start our day. One additional advantage was the excellent level of service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The only drawback we experienced was the number of stairs in the hotel. Although the staff were helpful in carrying our luggage, it is worth noting that this may not be the best choice for those with limited mobility.

It was within easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of Palazzo Strozzi. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
